If you need samples of our products for your evaluation or test, please note our company policies as follows:
1.sample Terms:
1）For the products/items we have in stock, we supply the samples free and you only pay for the courier fee.
2) For those we donot have ready moulds, for example, if you want to change the sizes or design a new product we donot have, there might be some mould fees.
3) All the mould fee and courier fee will be refunded to our customers if real order happens in future.
2.Price terms:
We offer EXW,FOB, CFR and CIF price terms.
3.Payment terms:
30% Deposit in advance, balanced upon BL copy.
4. Postage of samples:
Buyer bear the postage of DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS etc or shipping freight. But buyer also can supply a account No of DHL,/UPS/Fedex/EMS to bear the freight collect.
5.Lead time
1).Usually within 3 working days for samples after the receipt of prepaying money.
2).Usually within 30 working days for bulk order after the receipt of deposit
But the exact time of delivery must depand on the actual produce condition or the quantity you order.
6.Transportation:
If FOB, we can help you to arrange the relative shipping matters, also you can specify shipping agent. CIF, CFR.etc.
